Prepress Checklist

To help avoid delays in the processing of your job, please review the following questions before submitting your job to Graphic Litho.

Are ALL FONTS, IMAGES, digital photos and artwork, included?

Are ALL IMAGES 300 DPI at final size, but under 700 mb?

Are ALL IMAGES CMYK?

Did you include a PDF file of your project to ensure proper layout?

Are all bleeds set to 1/4 inch?

Has the document been spell checked?

If CMYK, have spot colors been converted to process colors?

Have all image files that do not need to be transparent been flattened?

Have all layers in image files that require transparency been combined into a single layer?

Notes on File Formats

File formats acceptable in order of preference:

Native ADOBE Illustrator (unflattened)

PDF (press optimized)

ADOBE InDesign

IMPORTANT - All files must be compressed into a single .sit, .sitx or .zip archive before uploading
